Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days
- All orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

- Custom topper frames may require 3-5 business days
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships
- Tracking information is provided automatically via email
Returns and Exchanges
Return Guidelines
Eligibility
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
- In original, unworn condition
- Include original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
No explanation needed for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Frames altered or modified after receipt
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your return
- Original payment method will be refunded
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Refund Conditions
- Full refund issued for items returned in original condition
- Store credit offered for items showing minor handling
- No refunds on custom-modified frames
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Refund Exceptions
- Special order or custom-designed toppers are final sale
- Items purchased during clearance sales are final sale
- Promotional/discounted items may be eligible for store credit only
